      Baris Tezcan - Citi Bank - Assistant General Manager, Commercial Banking

      Baris joined Citi in 2000 and has held various positions within CTS. Prior to his current role, he was the Cash Management Head for the Turkey & Israel Cluster and Head of Marketing for the Commercial Bank in Turkey. Baris has 18 years of banking experience, initially at Garanti Bank and Fortis. Baris holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Department of Statistics at METU, and an MBA degree from Bilgi/MBS University joint program. He has been working at Citi since 2000 and he is Assistant General Manager in charge of Commercial Banking and also Deputy General Manager.

      Taner Ayhan - Anadolubank - Assistant General Manager

      Taner Ayhan has started his career in Accenture Consulting Istanbul and London Offices. Between 1993-2000, he worked for Pamukbank as retail banking director; 2000-2007, Fortis Bank as assistant general manager in charge of consumer finance and alternative distrubution channels; 2007-2008, Citibank as CBM, Country Business Manager; Since 2009, he works for Anadolubank as assistant general manager in charge of retail banking and bancassurance. His hobbies include oil painting, calligraphy, photography and history of art.

      Tayfun Kucuk - Odeabank - Assistant General Manager Responsible of Information Technologies, Business Solutions, Direct Banking and Transactional Banking

      Tayfun has over twenty years experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Direct Banking and IT in the banking sector. He was appointed Chief Technology Officer of Odeabank in May 2012. In this role, Tayfun has the responsibility for IT, Business Solutions, Direct Banking and Transactional Banking. Prior to joining Odeabank, he held various senior management positions with Garanti Bank and HSBC. He is a graduate of Middle East Technical University and holds an MBA degree in E-Business.

      Cigdem Carino - Akbank - SVP, Digital Banking Design and Innovation Head

      Cigdem Carino did her undergraduate degree of Computer Engineering in Bogazici University which she also completed her master’s studies in 1995. After a short experience in Garanti Technology, she started working at Information Technology area of Akbank T.A.S. Highly experienced in management having 14 years of managerial experience during 19 years of her professional career. As a head of division and vice president, managed many departments consisting of different competency centers and led the implementations of many IT Systems in a wide range of application areas in nearly every domain in the bank. After being a vice president of different IT departments including Treasury, Investment, Private Banking, Bank Operations, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Credits, Customer and CRM Applications, In April, 2012 she was delegated as the vice president of Akbank IT Direct Banking. At the beginning of 2016, in addition to her role, she was also responsible from Payment Systems and Cash Management. As of the beginning of 2017, she transferred from Information Technologies to Direct Banking Business Unit and currently she has been working as SVP, Digital Banking Design and Innovation Head. Akbank IT Direct Banking Department has grown significantly ever since she is actively in charge of its management. So far Akbank Direkt Banking has been awarded in several important awards competitions including Apps of the Year in GSMA and Gold Stevie Winner in IBA.

      Omer Ragip Ozkan - Burgan Bank Turkey - Head of IT Project Management Office

      Omer Ragip Ozkan was a project and program manager in HSBC Turkey with over ten years’ work experience before joining to Burgan Bank Turkey as a head of IT Project Management Office. As a project and program manager, he managed several multimillion dollar projects and programs with global and local stakeholders in HSBC since 2007. He is very experienced in managing multinational, risk based, regulation, strategic and Agile IT projects. Between 2003 and 2007, he worked as a Telecommunication Expert in Turk Telecom. Ragip holds PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and Cisco Technologies (CCNA, Cisco-QoS) certificates. He is currently giving seminars, mentoring and speech at universities regarding to career in project management for youth. Ragip graduated with a BSc degree from Istanbul University, Electronics Engineering Department in 2001. He is currently following MBA program in Istanbul Bilgi University and expected to complete in 2017. During his academic research in Turkey and the USA, he was author and presenter for two international - two national scientific articles.

      Mucahit Gundebahar - Kuwait Turkish Bank - CIO

      Mucahit Gundebahar has more than fifteen years of IT experience especially in banking and finance industry. He has 5 banking conversion project experiences with different roles. He graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Computer Engineering in 1997, completed his MBA in Bilgi University in 2002 and got his a PhD degree on Business Administration from Halic University in 2016. Between 2005 and 2009 he had worked for Microsoft Turkey as Senior Application Development Consultant. He was Enterprise Architecture and R&D Department Manager at Kuwait Turkish Bank between 2009 and 2012. Currently he is the IT Group Manager (CIO) at Kuwait Turkish Bank. He gives direction to the roadmap of the bank by leading critical R&D projects. He had previously spoken at Gartner Excellent Experience Exchange, Microsoft IT Summit, Banking Technology Summit, Software Architect Conference, local and international academic conferences, university social programs and he has published articles. He taught academic lessons and he had given many written and TV interviews.

      Zeynep Seda Tekin Turnalı - BNP Paribas Cardif - CIO

      Zeynep Seda Tekin Turnalı was born in Izmit in 1968. He graduated from Istanbul University Computer Programming Vocational High School at 1986 and she went on her education at Istanbul Technical University Control and Computer Engineering Department during 1989-1990. She started her career at Turkish Airlines and then worked at strong companies of finance industry like Industry Development Bank of Turkey, Demirbank, HSBC and BNP Paribas Cardif. He worked as senior executive at installation, configuration and management of information technologies organizations and infrastructures and also at combination of technology units during corporation and bank integration. Currently she is working as director at BNP Paribas Cardif responsible from Information Technologies, Process Management, Organization and Project Management.

      Haydar Ozler - SoftTech (A Subsidiary of Isbank) - Payment Applications Director

      Haydar Ozler, born in 1974 in Diyarbakır, graduated from METU, Civil Engineering Department in 1996. In 1999 Mr. Ozler started his IT career as a software specialist in Turkiye İs Bank A.S. In 2011 he was promoted to the position of the Manager in the Solution Development Department. Between 2006 and 2008 Haydar Ozler completed his MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University. Since May, 2011 he has been working in SoftTech A.S. Currently, he works as Payment Applications Director. Married, has 1 child.

      Cuneyt Dincer - Garanti Bank - Delivery Channels, Digital Strategy Manager

      Cuneyt Dincer has completed his primary and secondary education at Arı College. After finishing Science High School, he has entered the Economics Department at Bilkent University in 1997. After graduating in 2001, he had different responsibilities in Turkey's leading financial institutions, related to Online Banking, Websites Management, ATMs, Kiosks, Voice Technologies and Mobile Financial Services. He has taken several managerial positions in all of the digital channels, created new platforms with these technologies, and developed innovative projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing digital channels. In 2007 he has participated Dogus Group as Eureko Insurance Alternative Distribution Channels Manager. After 2009 he has taken managerial roles in the Delivery Channels in Garanti Bank. He has introduced many successful digital projects in the Turkish financial market and led several international award-winning digital applications. Currently, he continues to work in the Garanti Bank as Manager of Digital Strategy.

      Hakan Kantas - Halkbank - IT Governance and Continual Service Improvement Division Manager

      He started his career in the midst of 1980 as author and editor at MacWorld, PC World and PC Magazine. He started his professional career in 1993 at IT Department of Pamukbank. Until 2007, he developed Credit Cards banking package and software, he took role in adapting IBM’s Core Banking packet into the design of Pamukbank Core Banking system, he worked as a project manager and technical manager in the installation of many projects like Pamukbank Digiturk TV Banking, Internet Banking. Since 2007 at the unit he worked, he managed ITSM (IT Service Management) and CSI (Continual Service Improvement) projects that supplied comprehensive innovative transformations to implement global best practices in IT by service oriented approach and IT process model compatible to regulations. He has Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and ITIL-Foundation certificates and he was a former board member of ISACA Turkey and itSMF-Turkey Chapter. Currently he is working at IT Governance and Continual Service Improvement Department and he’s responsible from following areas; Project Office, Management of Risk and Compliance, Quality Management, Performance Management, Chance Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Service and Information Architecture Management, Governance and Planning, IT Strategy and Value Management and Continual Improvement.

      Levent Kazim Oguz - DenizBank - Head of Mobile and Internet Banking

      After Bsc Degree of SW Engineering, Kazim started his professional life in KocSistem which is one of the most reputable IT companies in the country. After 2 years of development in retail sector, Kazim joined Intertech development team which was aiming to build a totally web based banking suite. In 5 years time the well-developed suite was being sold to other banks and Kazim had the duty to implement and maintain the suite for Eurobank Tekfen (later BurganBank) as the Software Development Manager. Throughout his 12 years IT career Kazim has successfully managed both local and international projects. In May 2015, Kazim switched his career to Digital World attending the team of Digital Generation Banking at DenizBank as Head of Digital Payment Systems. He gained the MSc degree on “Engineering and Technlogy Management” and certified as PMP (Project Management Professional). Now he is working as Digital Generation Banking Division Head responsible from Main Distribution Channels (Internet, Mobile banking) And Digital Experience Management at Denizbank and also studying executive MBA at Sabanci University.

      Ugur Sennaroglu - Garanti Bank - Head of Digital Product and Business Development

      After graduating from Bogaziçi University Computer Engineering Department, Ugur Sennaroglu started his career in DenizBank as a software engineer. He has taken an important role of developing of core banking platform which is being used other than DenizBank worldwide in more than 20 banks now. Then he moved to digital projects and he was a member of the developing team of Facebook Banking project which was the first banking application in Facebook worldwide. After one year of leading digital software projects he has been promoted to Head of Digital Payment Systems and Cloud Banking Platforms of Digital Banking in DenizBank. At this role he was managing digital payment systems, innovative and mobile projects of DenizBank as Department Head in Digital Banking. He was selected one of the five exceptional people, under the age of 40, that are changing the way financial services firms do business from the Digital Baking Club in 2014. He continues his career in Garanti Bank as Head of Digital Product and Business Development. He is in charge of business development and user experience of all channels other than branch including mobile, internet, ATM and call center and for all the partnerships with startups.

      Unal Sezer - IBTECH, Subsidiary of Finansbank - Group Manager, Internet and Mobile Banking Channels

      Born in 1980, Sezer graduated from Computer Engineering Department of Kocaeli University. He got his Master of Science degree on Data Mining. Between 2003-2005 he worked as software consultant at corporate companies and between 2005-2011 he worked at Sabanci Group as senior software engineer. In 2011 he took part as software team leader at Finansbank internet branch, call center channel projects and enpara.com internet and call center channels which was first branchless banking in Turkey. Currently he is working as group manager of internet and mobile banking channels at IBTECH. Also he is a columnist at technology magazines and he is also coaching voluntarily to start-up companies in IT sector.

      Oguz Suzer - Vakifbank - Manager, Project Management Office

      I graduated from Boğaziçi University Computer Engineering department as a honor student in 1995. I Worked in Beko Ticaret IT department as Infrastucture Designer between 1995 and 1997. Then I worked in Yapı Kredi Bankası – BILPA as System Administrator until 2000. After 2000 I worked in Finansbank – IBTECH as Manager & Project Leader until 2011. I have beeen working in Vakıfbank as a PMO manager for six years.
